  for shropshire uk by the name of anthony manning has been removed and judicially reproved.

  portishead congregation in north somerset is being merged or disbanded on sept 1st 2015 due to "aging elders, poor attendance, decrepit kingdom hall and landslip" - of course the suspicion is wt just wants to sell the hall off.

  "Mediator" not Mediator, "Judge" not Judge... Watchtower word games

  as much as jesus is not the mediator of mankind but the "mediator" (supposedly a legal term), the watchtower has a similar word game with the word "judge".seems like deborah judged in israel, which, for every one of you apostate or worldly scumbags who don't understand word games, does not mean debora was a judge.

  you see, deborah was a "judge".why is that?

  because she is not listed on a list of 12 judges.

  Interesting, thanks for posting. It's funny now to see how they weasel around the issue. A few years ago I would've lapped this up and marvelled at their insight. D'oh!

  Anybody know if this particular view of Deborah is held by the churches of Christendom as well?

  i subscribe to a gossip mailing list called popbitch, which as the name suggests is concerned with the lowest common denominator trivialities and rumours about people in the public eye (usually wicked whisper type stuff, like some 'anonymous reader' stood next to samuel l jackson at urinal and whew!

  in joe134cd's recent thread, he mentioned the myth that apparently one should be able to fade or become inactive without repercussions from the community.

  he mentioned about the 'dropping-you-like-a-hot-potato' phenomenon from social media sites, even when you've not told anybody why you're not coming any more.. i propose that it may be good to record such a phenomenon when it occurs so that this lie can be readily rebuffed.

  i'm not out yet, but when i do, i shall be only to willing to record the response on social media sites.

  i've been toying with the idea of just coming out and posting my name and location as an attempt to be available to locals that secretly browse the forum that have known me for up to 25 years.

  ( "reaching out", so to speak ).

  i'm not da'd or df'd, so this most certainly could end in a dramatic confrontation.

  as far as i can imagine, the .org is in a lose, lose, lose situation right now.

  if jackson shows to the rc, and policy chages, then bible interpretation was changed sans-holy spirit.

  policy change is an admission of guilt, not helpful in future civil court cases.

  Don't underestimate the power of SPIN, if anything has to change as a result of this enquiry, they'll spin it to the max. (Aren't we loving, making our org more safe for the little kiddies)

  Don't forget, a large percentage of witnesses won't even have heard of the ARC, so any noo lite on procedure will be taken at face value, as a loving alteration, more evidence of us being god's bOrganisation.

  As for previous victims who will no doubt be outraged, they're a minority who can easily be dismissed as damaged or bitter.

  Don't get me wrong, any change that complies with the 'world's' advanced protective policies of safeguarding the vulnerable is great news to me. But this is an organisation that has twisted and turned, using spin to weasel out of multiple end of the world predictions. A slight change in policy will be nothing to them.

  I wonder if the judge is aware that the sisters DO, in fact give talks from the platform, but even though they are the only ones up there they aren't 'teaching' because that's what we say they aren't doing..... Either way, it's not keeping silent like the scripture says.
